Educational, Governmental, and Non-Profit Discounts at SuperSurvey
In order to help make SuperSurvey's products available to governmental and
non-profit institutions and to promote their use in schools and universities, we
offer a two-level discount for institutional and educational users.
- Institutional Discount (25%). To qualify for this discount, we require the following:
- The institution must either be part of a federal, state, local governmental authority,
or a registered non-profit or not-for-profit institution.
- Customer must file a signed letter on institutional letterhead requesting the
discount and confirming the requirements. The letter should be signed by a an
administrative officer or member of the faculty, and may be transmitted by mail
or FAX (775-719-9522).
- Attached to the letter should be SuperSurvey's Institutional discount request
form, which gives SuperSurvey permission to list the name of the institution and/or department as an educational or non-profit customer
in our marketing materials.
- Research and Teaching Discount (50%). For this discount, the Institutional Discount requirements apply, plus the
following:
- The purpose of the survey should be primarily for academic research or teaching
of students in an accredited educational institution, which should be stated in
the request letter.
- When publishing the results, the citations or methods section of the paper must cite SuperSurvey in the
following manner (or a substantially similar manner prescribed by the editors of the journal publishing the paper):

For all institutional and educational discounts, upon approval of the request
letter and discount request form, we will send a promotional code to the email
address on file; this code will permit activation of the survey with the
discount. To receive the discount, the promotional code must be used at the time
of activation of the survey.
