Pricing can either be on a weekly per survey basis, or on a subscription basis. Weekly survey charges range from $149 to $249 depending on the features used and include up to 2000 responses. (Responses beyond that are pro-rated.) Subscription packages range from $500/quarter for up to 500 monthly responses to $3,000/quarter for up to 7500 monthly responses.

• Single Survey Pricing
  
  Single surveys are priced on a weekly basis, based on the set of features used. We offer 4 graduated levels of service:
  • BASIC: Basic surveys are free of charge, have uncontrolled access, and may not use LOGIQ's skip logic conditions. A user may deploy as many basic surveys as he/she likes, but responses are limited to 25 per survey. Users may upgrade to a SILVER survey at activation time, in order to receive unlimited responses (up to 2,000 / week).
  • SILVER: Silver surveys feature controlled access (Keys) and the ability to use LOGIQ to its full potential.
  • GOLD: Gold surveys feature all Silver attributes, plus SSL encryption for advanced Security
  • PLATINUM: Platinum surveys encompass Gold and Silver features, plus, users may upload their own custom username/password combinations for respondent verification

  Prices are per survey, per week, and include up to 2,000 responses. Responses over 2,000 per week are charged at a pro-rated discount.

• Subscription Pricing
  
  For customers interested in running multiple surveys or for longer-term projects, SuperSurvey can also offer Subscription based pricing. Subscription packages are priced based on response volume and range from $500/quarter for up to 500 monthly responses to $3,000/quarter for up to 7500 monthly responses. The "light" subscription ($500 per quarter for up to 500 responses per month) can be purchased during the survey activation process. • Billing Process
  
  At SuperSurvey, surveys are billed weekly for each week or portion thereof. Upon activation, one week of survey time is charged for that survey. Billing for subsequent weeks happens at midnight, one week from the activation date (survey makers get the benefit of the doubt for extra hours). Billing stops recurring either at the end of a pre-set run time, or upon deactivation, depending on the user's choice during activation.

  Subscription pricing is also available. Subscriptions are billed quarterly, and payments will recur every 3 months untill the subscription is termintated. There is a one year commintment for subscriptions.

  Credit card billing is charged immediately to Visa/MC credit and corporate/business cards (PO number inclusion is available for corporate cards).

  Trade credit terms are available to qualifying business users. Invoicing occurs on the first of the month and is payable on net-30 terms. For more information on our trade credit process, including application forms, please see here.

• Educational and Institutional Discounts
  
  We have a basic educational discount of 25%, and that goes up to 50% if the purpose of the survey is "primarily for academic research or teaching of students." For more information, see here.
