Straightforward, Competitive Prices

Survey professionals who use SuperSurvey™ may choose between purchasing individual surveys and subscribing for multiple surveys.

Two billing options are available: weekly (best for discrete projects), and subscription (best for long-term surveys or for customers conducting multiple surveys).

Weekly prices (charged only while survey is active):

Subscription prices (quarterly):

• All subscriptions may choose any of the features (GOLD, SILVER, or PLATINUM) on any number of surveys, up to a total monthly response cap.
• All subscriptions include 8 x 5 phone and email technical support.
• Workgroup and Team subscriptions may link multiple SuperSurvey usernames under one subscription.

Customers who want instant access to premium surveys, including subscriptions, can pay securely online by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. Corporate and government customers with approved credit may opt to receive net-30 terms instead. Please see this page for more about trade credit.

Weekly prices are per survey, per week, not to exceed 2,000 responses per week. Over 2,000 responses per week charged at a pro-rated discount. Prices subject to change. In addition, BASIC surveys are those which use no premium features. As a limited offer, SuperSurvey is pleased to offer FREE BASIC surveys which may receive up to 25 responses. Just register for a free account and design your survey -- surveys without premium features are automatically priced at BASIC level. Users may upgrade BASIC surveys to SILVER level in order to receive extra responses and premium support.
