Helping to protect you
SuperSurvey™ is a service provider to businesses, organizations, and professionals who
conduct electronic surveys. One service we offer to our customers is to stand in as a third party
"insulator" to help ensure the privacy and anonymity of respondents.
If you are taking a survey with the SuperSurvey Privacy Protocol logo and link, it's
because that survey owner has asked us to help protect your privacy. You can be
assured that a number of technical, procedural, and legal steps are being taken to help
protect your personal identity from the owner of the survey.
- Your IP address (computer-identifying numeric address) is discarded from the response set and
cannot be associated with your responses;
- Any key, link, or invitation which led you to the survey has no correlation with your actual
responses and cannot be associated with your responses;
- Survey results are available only to the survey owner and only via a secure
(SSL) connection;
- Survey owners are bound legally in their contract with SuperSurvey to respect respondents'
anonymity and not seek personal identities or information.
- While resident on SuperSurvey's systems, all responses are treated according to our own Privacy and Security Policies.
Any information gathered by a survey run under the SuperSurvey Privacy Protocol is subject to the
practices of the survey owner, so if you have additional questions as to the disposition of the
responses once they leave SuperSurvey's posession, please direct them to the survey's owner (all
surveys run directly for SuperSurvey are subject to our own Privacy
Policy, of course).
If you have reason to believe that a survey owner is trying to circumvent the Privacy Protocol
for a survey that displays the SuperSurvey Privacy Protocol Trustmark, please email us immediately at
privacy@supersurvey.com -- your report will be held in
confidence.
