Subscription Terms and Details
General Terms:
- All subscriptions are for an unlimited number of surveys allowing responses up to the Total number of responses during the subscription period.
- Responses over the number allowed in the subscription period will be billed at the $.03/each or the customer will have the option to renew the subscription.
- Subscriptions allow you to incorporate any of our features (Anonymous, SSL encryption and password accessed distribution settings).

- All subscriptions include full email and toll-free telephone support Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm MT. There is no-charge for support that is based on our existing self-service features. Survey consulting, custom reporting, custom URLs, image hosting, image modifications, and any other work performed by SuperSurvey that is outside of the standard self-service product, will be billed at our normal hourly rate.
- Subscriptions require no contract and can be cancelled at anytime by either the customer or by SuperSurvey.
- Subscription refunds will be based on our Subscriptions Refund Policy page.
- Subscriptions do NOT automatically renew.
- SuperSurvey will keep any running surveys open for 15 days following the expiration of a subscription. After the 15 day grace period, SuperSurvey may de-activate any running surveys.
Monthly Subscriptions:
- Are purchased Month to Month from the x day of the current month to the x day of the following month.
- Example: A subscription purchased on the 15th of February, will expire at midnight on the 15th of March.
- A reminder notice will be emailed to the customer 10 days prior to the expiration date.
Yearly Subscriptions:
- Are purchased from Year to Year, based on the same day of the year.
- Example: A subscription purchased on the 15th of February, will expire at midnight on the 15th of February, the following year.
- A reminder notice will be emailed to account contact 30 days prior to subscription termination date

SuperSurvey accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. Corporate or government customers can arrange to be billed on Net-30 terms.
