Additional Terms of Service and Miscellaneous Policies
These terms of service are intended to clarify practical matters regarding acceptable uses of
SuperSurvey™. These terms are in addition to the other policies
which apply to SuperSurvey and users of this site.
- Email use: Inviting survey takers is the only appropriate use of the Distribution
Manager's email composing function. Distribution Manager may not be used for unrelated,
commercial purposes or for bulk, unsolicited mailing.
- Unlimited responses: Total responses to a survey are unlimited. If the total (for Single Surveys) or monthly (for Subscription Surveys) survey responses exceed the purchased package level, the response overage charge is $0.03 per response, billed on either a monthly basis or upon single survey completion.
