Billing Process with SuperSurvey®

Credit accounts are available by contacting SuperSurvey at at billing@supersurvey.com, or toll-free at 800-241-0279.

Surveys may be deactivated if the maximum amount specified in a Purchase Order is reached. Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date. Surveys will continue to run and charges will accrue until surveys are shut off; please confirm the active status of your surveys to avoid additional charges.
