One premium service we offer to our customers who opt-in to running Anonymous Surveys
is to stand in as a third party "insulator" to help ensure the privacy and anonymity of respondents. By
leveraging SuperSurvey&trade's experience and brand, you can heighten the confidence of your respondents
in the anonymity of their answers.
Your respondents are assured that, as they take an Anonymous Survey under the SuperSurvey Privacy
Protocol, a number of technical, procedural, and legal steps are being
taken to help protect their personal identities from the owner of the survey.
- A respondent's IP address (computer-identifying numeric address) is discarded from the
responses available to the survey owner;
- Any key, link, or invitation which led a respondent to the survey is not visible with
his/her actual responses and is not associated with those responses;
- Survey results are available only to the survey owner and only via a secure
(SSL) connection;
- Survey owners are bound legally in their contract with SuperSurvey to respect respondents'
anonymity and not seek personal identities or information.
- While resident on SuperSurvey's systems, all responses are treated according to our own Privacy and Security Policies.
- A proprietary "Click to Verify" system allows users to discern true
SuperSurvey™ Anonymous Privacy Protocol surveys from all others.
Note: these policies apply only to those surveys for which the survey owner has opted-in to running the
survey as an Anonymous Survey, which can be distinguished by the presence of the SuperSurvey
Privacy Protocol Trustmark.
Any information gathered by a survey run under the SuperSurvey Privacy
Protocol is subject
to the practices of the survey owner. Surveyors are asked to provide respondents with a copy or link
for their own privacy statement, so as to further reassure respondents.

Protocol for a survey that displays the SuperSurvey Privacy Protocol Trustmark, please email us immediately at
privacy@supersurvey.com -- all reports will be
investigated and held in confidence.
